养生顺口溜



         君欲求长寿, 养生最重要.

         起居须定时, 睡眠不可少.

         时而跑跑步, 抽空做做操.

         活动筋骨舒, 食增脾胃好.

                          早餐营养精, 中餐要吃饱.

                          晚餐宜清淡, 糖盐量宜少.

                          素菜样样吃, 节制饮食好.

                          劝君莫抽烟, 勿贪杯中酒. 

                          节欲是关键, 色为寿之仇. 

                          夫妻过生活, 也要把握周. 



                          财为身外物, 不正勿贪求. 

                          遇事勿发怒, 性情要温柔. 

                          劳逸相结合, 锻炼贵持久.

                          若能照此作, 健康保长寿.
